Donald was an AMAZING technician! He did a very thorough job and our old (11+) carpet looked virtually brand new, ALL spots were removed. (One would never have know that they were there). Our year old new carpet looked just as good as the day it was put in. Donald took over 3 hours and didn't try to hurry up and get the job done. Donald was very polite, explained the procedure, products and care after cleaning our entire house. I couldn't be more pleased! I'll definitely use DKB Restoration again and request Donald!
