They've improved every time, when Jen came out.She explained everything in detail.She did an amazing job putting enzymes on my carpet.Because of the pea from the cats and walk through my home with the light which i've never seen anyone do before. She is the sweetest woman and so considerate , and she treats her repeat customers excellent! They used natural materials with very light scent. It took care of my problem and the house was not saturated of the chemical smell that usually accompanies carpet cleaning. They were schedule to come the first day to pretreat pet odors but were 2 hours late. However, besides being late the first day, services were very good. They examined the carpets using black lights to identify every area that required pre-treating. They returned the second day to shampoo and even provided complimentary duct work treatment. And they gave us a military/first time customer discount which was very much appreciated. Overall, I would use them again.
