Deep Carpet Extraction in Olympia, & Lacey: Why We Choose the Rotovac Over the Wand

Before launching DKB Restoration in Thurston County, we took a long, hard look at what our competitors were using and why. Most carpet cleaning companies rely on the standard manual wand—a tool that requires the technician to manually push and pull a heavy metal pipe back and forth across your floors for hours. By the third or fourth room in a large house, operator fatigue sets in, and the quality of the clean often drops.

We wanted something better for our customers across the South Sound—from our home base in Olympia, Lacey, and Tumwater, all the way out to Shelton and Chehalis. We wanted technology that actually restores carpets rather than just giving them a standard surface clean. That is why we invested in the Rotovac 360i.

Hundreds of Multi-Directional Passes Per Minute

The Rotovac 360i uses a rotary extraction power head that makes hundreds of multi-directional cleaning passes every single minute—delivering more cleaning power in 60 seconds than a manual wand can achieve in over an hour.

As it glides effortlessly across the floor, it simultaneously scrubs, injects hot rinse water from multiple angles, and extracts the dirty water away. This deep-cleaning action lifts matted carpet fibers back to life and pulls embedded soil out of the backing without over-wetting your floors.

Tailored Cleaning Heads for Every Home

Every carpet has different needs, which is why we carry specialized interchangeable heads:

• Standard Rotary Cleaning Head: Features curved vacuum extraction ports and 3 high-pressure spray jets. Perfect for standard residential and commercial carpets that need a thorough, deep seasonal refresh.

• Carpet Brush Agitation Head: Outfitted with specialized nylon bristles and Teflon gliders. The bristles gently agitate deep-set pet hair, dander, and heavily matted fibers, fluffing the carpet pile while extracting stubborn soil.

• Tile & Grout Head: Swaps in within seconds to clean and restore hard surface flooring.

Investing in top-tier rotary extraction costs significantly more up front, but it allows us to deliver on our promise: Raising the Standard of Clean, Naturally.
